Sponsorship Information

General Information
Date: Saturday, August 15th
Time: 1:00 – 8:00pm
Location: Symphony Park (behind Southpark Mall on Barclay Downs Rd).
This event is a FREE, all ages show.
Craft Vendor Fee $150.00 due by July 18th.

Performances will include students from the School of Rock Charlotte along with 10 local/regional bands. Bands will performs songs from the original set list from Woodstock.


Rules and Regulations

1. In the tradition of the original Woodstock, event will be held rain or shine.
2. Symphony Park will be open for vendor set up at 11:00am on the day of the event.
3. All vendors will be allocated a 10’x10’ space. All vendors are responsible for their own tables, tents, chairs etc.
4. No refunds will be given after August 1st.
5. All vendors must staff their own booths. The Paul Green School of Rock is not responsible for the safety and security of vendor sale items.
6. All vendors are responsible for the collection and reporting of the North Carolina Sales Tax.
7. We are not able to provide electricity for our vendors.
